First visit was a great first impression, everyone was friendly & thorough, from first point of contact of making appointment on phone with Kevin, to dental hygienist Cari, to Dr Thomas, to walking out the door. The vibe of the office was pleasant and calming.
Recently came in for a new patient appointment, I’ve never had a hygienist do such an amazing job explaining and showing me pictures of what I needed to work on in order to keep my teeth looking good! She did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a new dentist! Staff is so welcoming and they do a GREAT job explaining all the steps needed!
I had my first visit at West Aurora Family Dental for a cleaning and checkup. The office is clean and the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The hygienist Cari came out to the waiting room to inform me she was running a few minutes late. My most recent appointments with a previous dental provider were always 30 to 45 late getting started with no apologies. Cari did a great job cleaning my sensitive teeth. She is super professional but also humorous and generally made the process as enjoyable as possible at a dental visit. Dr Fry is also very pleasant and personal. He thoroughly explained what he was looking at and why he was recommending a particular procedure. All in all this was my best dental experience in a long time, I plan to recommend these guys to others.

Been to him on 6 different appointments now and very satisfied with all the work . Staff is also great. Had a deep cleaning procedure done 8/29. The dental hygienist {Melissa} did a great job.

Melinda the in house Dr. was super careful to do a better after cleaning examination than I have ever received. Cindy the receptionist was particularly polite and helpful. All the paperwork was handled by them and an appointment for 6 months was set. In short it was an awesome experience and I look forward to being a long term patient there. Thanks again !
